Enquiry information
The website enquiry form prepares an email in your device's email application. The website itself does not store the submitted form data. If you send the email, Ordell receives the information you provide so that it can respond to your institutional enquiry.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond, understand programme needs, prepare a proposal and maintain reasonable records of the conversation. It should not be used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis or permission.
Information sharing and retention
Enquiry information may be shared within Ordell Group or with programme delivery partners where necessary to answer the request. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, contractual, legal or legitimate operational needs.
